The impact you’ll make
Plan and implement activities related to the timely and non-disruptive delivery of parts and tools.
Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce material risk, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled.
Responsible being the interface between Supply Chain and internal Stakeholders.
Review and mitigate material risks for the factory. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.
What you’ll do
- Representing Clean Supply Chain towards internal customers and suppliers
- Oversee material readiness from Remote Factories and is holding appropriate people accountable
- Oversee material readiness for Upgrades and Pilot Projects
- Execute annual operating plan requirements to support the factory interface team
- Participate in cross functional teams to identify material delivery risk to manufacturing
- Develop and monitors risk mitigation strategies, and coordinates root cause corrective actions and as well process improvements
- Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
- Oversee inventory allocation in a constraint environment: Ensures materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
- Communicate with different internal stakeholders in terms of Supply Chain abilities and risks
Preferred Qualifications
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret, draw conclusions and drive actions from data
- Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- MS Office (particularly with Excel) proficiency
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years of industry experience
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an independent problem-solver that can make high quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
- Capable of building broad network for risk mitigation strategies and plans
Preferred qualifications
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E or F, depending on the education level.
