As a key member of the Chips and Discretes Product Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing HV Power distribution shaping the offering for the upcoming application of Solid State Circuit Breaker. Leveraging your unique blend of technical and commercial expertise, you will lead a high-performing team to develop and execute strategies that capitalize on emerging market opportunities.


In your new role, you will:

• Develop and execute design-in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in Solid State Circuit Breaker and Battery Disconnect sockets, with a focus on:
• o Identifying and pursuing new design-in opportunities with key customers
  o Collaborating with customers to develop and implement customized solutions
  o Providing support and guidance to customers during the design-in process jointly in close collaboration with technical marketing
• Interface with lead customers to understand their needs, provide product feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and innovation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers
• Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in these segments through market research and analysis, including:
• o Analyzing market data and trends
  o Engaging with industry experts and thought leaders

You take on new challenges without knowing the right path to an eventual solution in complex situations and take decisions despite uncertain circumstances. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets. Furthermore, you have the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from others in sensitive situations, without damaging the relationship.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

• A degree in Electrical Engineering or a business-related field, MBA is a Plus
• At least 6 years of professional experience in Power Semiconductor in the field of product marketing, applications, or in engineering role
• Professional experience in a business development role within electronics industry
• Know-How of semiconductors and proficient knowledge in power discretes
• Proven track record of driving business growth and market leadership in the semiconductor or electronics industry
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in dynamic markets
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German is a plus
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans
• Problem-solving skills to dissect & work through challenges with strategic thinking yet be detail oriented

Austria: We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I,J (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
