- Lead complex root cause investigations and identify the underlying process issues behind quality problems.
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable resolution and continuous improvement.

- Support the development of innovative digital solutions, including the creation of an AI agent for automated quality analysis, to accelerate issue detection, trend analysis, and decision-making.
