- Lead complex root cause investigations and identify the underlying process issues behind quality problems.
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable resolution and continuous improvement.
- Apply and promote structured quality methodologies such as 8D problem solving and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt principles.
- Support and actively contribute to triage meetings, helping to prioritize issues, coordinate actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members and cross-functional stakeholders, strengthening problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality data foundation/database that enables reliable analysis of process performance and quality trends.
- Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
- Support the development of innovative digital solutions, including the creation of an AI agent for automated quality analysis, to accelerate issue detection, trend analysis, and decision-making.

- Own the cloud platform reference architecture and roadmaps across AWS and Azure; align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and app teams.
- Define and maintain golden paths (IaC modules, pipeline templates, reference stacks) for common workloads (containers, serverless, data, analytics, batch).
- Establish multi-cloud landing zones (AWS Organizations + Control Tower; Azure Management Groups + Landing Zones) with policy, identity, and network guardrails.
