- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Housekeeping-Teams (ca. 35 - 40 Mitarbeitende in Voll- und Teilzeit)
- Sicherstellung eines hohen Qualitätsstandards in allen Gästezimmern, Spa- und öffentlichen Bereichen
- Erstellung und Steuerung von Dienst- und Reinigungsplänen unter Berücksichtigung der Auslastung
- Schulung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams nach unseren Werten
- Budgetverantwortung und effiziente Lager- und Materialwirtschaft
- enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen insbesondere Rezeption und Haustechnik
- Kontrolle von Fremdreinigungsleistungen und Wäschelogistik
- Mitgestaltung von Prozessen zur stetigen Qualitätsverbesserung und Nachhaltigkeit
