Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Assume end-to-end responsibility for the application lifecycle from design to development, deployment and daily operations as an IT business analyst and application owner within our service portfolio, e.g. project management solutions
  • Work closely with business owners and key stakeholders to gather, analyze and consolidate diverse requirements and transform them into solution proposals in close collaboration with enterprise architects and subject matter experts
  • Drive delivery and IT operations in close cooperation with our development teams and service providers
  • Work with software developers and architects to design systems that are efficient, effective, and scalable
  • Navigate complex dependencies and create strategic roadmaps
  • Act as a Project Manager for small and midsized IT projects
  • Coordinate and conduct user acceptance tests

In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or in a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role in corporate IT or IT consulting
  • Hands-on experience in agile project management (e.g. Scrum), requirements engineering and its related methods and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
  • Good knowledge in software life-cycle (DevOps incl. development, quality control, deployment, etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL-based service management processes
  • Good understanding of and hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frameworks and IT technologies
  • Knowledge of enterprise project management solutions, methods and best practices (as an advantage)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Very good Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent English skills; German as an advantage

We are looking to fill this position through one of our partners. A valid Austrian work permit is a prerequisite. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
