- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen
- Analyse von Prozessabweichungen und Einleitung von Gegenmaßnahmen
- Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Prozessverbesserungen, Artikelfreigaben und Änderungsdiensten
- Mitwirkung bei Prozessaudits, Prozessanalysen sowie bei produktionsrelevanten Projekten
- Anwendung von Lean-Methoden zur Effizienzsteigerung
- Koordination von Muster- und Versuchsaufträgen
- Erstellen und koordinieren von Prozess Updates
- Durchführen von Maschinen- und Prozessfähigkeitsuntersuchungen

- Delivers commitment and communication of delivery dates for all assigned systems (Manufacturing Completion Date)
- Drives and coordinates gap reductions between planned- and actual milestones
- Tracks system readiness and provide early warnings/gaps that may affect commitments and pursue all necessary escalation steps
- Serves as deputy to the Area Manager and assumes functional leadership responsibilities as subject matter expert
- Works with Sales Operations, Configuration Support and Engineering to assure design readiness to support overall project timelines, especially Special Customer Requests
- Coordinates timelines with Engineering, Program Management and Pilot operations for new products and customer Evaluation Requests (EVRs)
- Performs continuous System Lead Time Assessment – working with a cross functional team to assess complexity level of a slotted tool and suggest a proper lead time
- Cooperates within Change Management processes – assessing impact of changes on delivery commitments, such as late configuration changes and Manufacturing slot changes
- Engages in Escalation and resolution of issues affecting timely delivery of assigned systems and modules from Remote Factories
- Monitoring shipping acceptance according to required configuration and QA standards
- Ensures closure and completion of open deviation items, participation to cross functional teams, aimed to improving processes related to all of the above (root cause corrective action and process gap awareness)

Ihr Wirkungsbereich
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen/Studienmodulen (tlw. in englischer Sprache) und die damit verbundene Beratung und Betreuung der Studierenden in folgend möglichen Bereichen des Masterstudiengangs und Bachelorstudiengangs Radiologietechnologie: o Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagement (inkl. Risikomanagement, technischer Qualitätssicherung, Strahlenschutz und Dosismanagement)
o Management, Self-Leadership, Innovationsmanagement und Entrepreneurship o Magnetresonanztomographie, Angiographie, Nuklearmedizin, Projektionsradiographie sowie radiologietechnologische Bildanalyse und Befundung in der Skelett- und Thoraxradiographie o Medizinische Physik und Kontrastmittelkunde - Inhaltliche Kooperation mit synergetischen Lehrveranstaltungen anderer Studiengänge/Fakultäten (insbesondere dem Bachelorstudiengang Radiologietechnologie)
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Studiengangstrukturen, Lehrformaten und Qualitätsprozessen
- Eigenverantwortliche Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Nachbereitung und Evaluation der Lehr-veranstaltungen sowie Durchführung von Prüfungen und Planung der Fachbereichs- bzw. Modulkoordination
- Betreuung und Beurteilungen von Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Initiierung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten sowie Mitarbeit in laufenden Forschungsaktivitäten
- Mitwirkung bei organisatorischen & administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen der akademischen Selbstverwaltung
- Vertretung der Hochschule als Fachexpert*in in regionalen und internationalen Partnerschaften und in Kooperationen mit der öffentlichen Verwaltung, Wirtschaft und der wissenschaftlichen Community
- Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit an internationalen Aktivitäten der CU, insbesondere im Rahmen der European University „ACE²-EU“
