- be involved in all phases of the software development (SW) lifecycle, including the testing, analysis and maintenance of the software system
- participate in the SW deployment process ensuring qualified Software Products are successfully installed at our customer's facilities
- perform troubleshooting of system software related issues
- perform in-house & onsite support of customer install base and resolution of customer issues
- test, troubleshoot and propagate errors clearly to SW and HW Development Engineers
- setup and maintain tool simulators, testing environments, lab support to reproduce issues found in field and verify SW solutions
- understand customer technology & productivity needs and feedback those requirements into software development
- prepare presentations to Lam internal stakeholders and customers travel worldwide wherever semiconductor customers are located (up to 25%

Bewerber:innen um diese Planstelle haben nachzuweisen:
- ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik bzw. ein vergleichbares Studium, alternativ ein Abschluss einer Berufsbildenden Höheren Schule mit klarem IT- Schwerpunkt (z.B. HTL für Informatik / Informationstechnologie) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- fundierte IT-Kenntnisse: breites Verständnis moderner IT-Infrastrukturen
- Softwareentwicklung & Design: sehr gute Kenntnisse in Softwareentwicklungsmethoden, dem Software-Design sowie im Umgang mit Datenbanken
- Web- & Servertechnologien: tiefgehendes Know-how in Webtechnologien (insbesondere HTML, JavaScript) sowie solide Erfahrung im Bereich von Servertechnologien (insbesondere Konfiguration von Webservern, Zertifikatsmanagement (SSL/TLS) und ein fundiertes Grundverständnis für Netzwerksicherheit)

- Entwicklung elektronischer Neuprodukte inklusive Embedded Software (C/C++) für Robotik, Smart Home und Akku-Plattform
- Konzeption, Aufbau und Test elektronischer Baugruppen vom Prototyp bis zur Serienreife
- Entwicklung von Test- und Serviceprogrammen sowie technische Unterstützung bei Neuentwicklungen
