- Pflege und Ausbau langfristiger strategischer Kundenbeziehungen, sowie die Weiterentwicklung Ihres Vertriebsgebietes
- Ermittlung von spezifischen Kundenbedürfnissen, Entwicklung von individuellen Lösungen und technischer Beratung, Präsentation von innovativen Werkzeugen, sowie die Durchführung von Kundenschulungen
- Selbstständige Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen im Vertriebsgebiet
- Überwachung des kompletten Verkaufsprozesses sowie Marktbeobachtung und -analyse
- Teilnahme an Messen, Tagungen & Weiterbildungsveranstaltungen

At a glance
- Define target product specifications of SiC JFET variants for hotswap, Oring, protection switch and circuit breaker applications
- Be the main technical interface to the development and go-to-market teams during the product development and post product launch stages respectively
- Develop application evaluation platforms for product validation and customer promotion
- Perform measurements based on fit for use plan to validate the suitability of SiC JFET based solutions in applications environment and document the relevant results
- Run performance benchmarking tests of internal and external products
- Prepare the product datasheets; develop product and application literature such as application notes, technical articles, promotion material, webinars etc.
- Provide global product support for the customer design-in projects
- Run simulations to replicate real application use scenarios and derive analyses
- Cascade customer feedback to internal development teams

- Lead global product commercialization and go-to-market (G2M) activities at the product level, coordinating with Regional Product Management teams
- Manage product lifecycle and contribute to product roadmap development with Product Marketing
- Drive product strategy development and Bluebook preparation in collaboration with Product Marketing
- Update and maintain business cases to ensure product viability
- Develop and monitor product forecasts and financial performance metrics
- Organize and moderate global cross-functional team meetings to drive responsible business
- Define and update pricing strategies, including: operational price guidelines and corridors, Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA) pricing guidelines and limits, support for critical quoting decisions
- Develop and execute training programs and product documentation
