- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
- Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.
- Acts as customer technology manager in the planning, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Acts as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requests
- Drives introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualifications

Your future responsibilities
- Consolidate inputs from project managers, and cleanroom operations into a reliable “single source of truth".
- Translate operational performance into strategic KPIs for leadership, funding bodies, and board-level reporting.
- Drive alignment of projects and operations with SAL’s strategic objectives.
