- Analyze and optimize code for memory constraints, performance, and power consumption in embedded environments.
- Ensure maintainability of our first-class codebase through regular peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct unit and functional testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of our controls software applications to ensure functionality and stability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in C++ programming for hardware equipment controls.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring for junior engineers.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Abwicklung von Prüf- und Qualitätssicherungstätigkeiten gemäß Vorschriften sowie Pflege der Bauwerksdatenbank
- Analyse, Definition und Konkretisierung von Projektanforderungen inkl. langfristiger Betrachtungen zur baulichen Erhaltung
- Koordination und Abstimmung von Maßnahmen mit internen und externen Organisationseinheiten sowie Übernahme von Bauprojekten in die bauliche Erhaltung
- Priorisierung, Bündelung und Bestellung von Baumaßnahmen sowie Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung des Erhaltungsbauprogramms
- Durchführung von Vergabeverfahren und Wirtschaftlichkeitsrechnungen
- Fachliche Betreuung bei Sonderereignissen (z. B. Naturereignisse) und bautechnische Beratung in Projekten
- Mitwirkung in Fachausschüssen, Arbeitsgruppen und Sonderprojekten in Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft
