As an IT Service Management Platform Engineer on the Software & Data Science team, you will be working on global platform operation, implementation activities and cutting-edge AI use cases in an enterprise global IT Service Management environment. Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

One key aspect in your new role is to implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases across the global IT Service Management (ITSM) landscape. Further, coordination and implementation of version upgrade projects with focus on ITIL processes and containerization infrastructure come into the picture.

During an individual training phase, we will prepare you for your new tasks. With regular feedback discussions and planning of your professional and personal development we want to ensure your success in this position. In addition, you will have the opportunity to perform some of your tasks in your home office (Hybrid) and you can arrange your working hours flexibly.

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
