Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Provide 3rd Level Support and Application/Platform Lifecycle Management in the area of Production Datawarehouse & Reporting Solutions
- Continuously enhance our Production Reporting Platforms using various technologies (Oracle, Hadoop, Denodo, ...)
- Define, design, build and enhance business intelligence solutions
- Partner up with management, application owner, key business customer and team members for the delivery of regional / global services
- Ensure that systems, processes and methodologies as specified are followed to ensure effective monitoring, control and support of service delivery
- Do Incident and Problem Management to support our internal Infineon customers
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- A degree (Bachelor/Master) in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar
- 3-5 years of work experience in the area of Information Technology/Business Intelligence
- Understanding of ETL technique, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle and know-how in MS SQL Database
- Experience with Big Data platforms/development (e.g. Hadoop, Spark, Impala, HIVE)
- Experience in data warehousing projects (as an advantage)
- Good analytical troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in German and English
We are filling this position through one of our leasing partners. A valid work permit for Austria (RWR+ Card) or EU citizenship is a prerequisite for this position. This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees of EEI with a minimum salary of € 3.775,27 (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills.
