Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Supporting our flight crews in day-to-day flight operations
- Organization of hotel bookings, transfers and flights
- Coordination and procurement of purchases and services
- Support with administrative and organizational tasks
- Point of contact for internal and external partners
- Solution-oriented support in handling short-term changes and disruptions
- Participation in various projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial education or a comparable qualification
- Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Independent, structured and reliable way of working
- Hands-on mentality and strong service orientation
- Flexibility and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment
- Curiosity, willingness to learn and a proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations

Flexible working hours spread across five days per week from Monday to Sunday according to the duty roster: core hours from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.
For this position, a minimum monthly gross salary of EUR 2,200 is offered. Depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.
