- Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von robusten Software- und Systemarchitekturen für komplexe Enterprise-Lösungen.
- Mitarbeit und technische Führung in unseren Umsetzungsteams, du triffst gemeinsam mit dem Team wesentliche technische Entscheidungen und begleitest deren erfolgreiche Umsetzung.
- Technische Beratung und Moderation zwischen Entwicklung, Business und Stakeholdern inkl. Architektur- und Design-Reviews.
- Mitarbeit bei der Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Technologiestandards, Architekturprinzipien, Richtlinien und Best Practices.
- Wissenstransfer und Coaching durch Workshops, Schulungen, interne Reviews und Bereitstellung von Best Practices.

- Work with a cross-functional team of software and controls developers and designers to deliver new features for our industrial machine control software.
- Write efficient, reliable code in C, C++, and structured text for our industrial computer devices as well as interfaces, ensuring functionality and stability.
- Create, optimize, and integrate drivers for peripherals and interfaces like sensors, actuators, and communication modules.
- Analyze and optimize code for memory constraints, performance, and power consumption in embedded environments.
- Ensure maintainability of our first-class codebase through regular peer reviews, testing, and documentation.
- Conduct unit and functional testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of our controls software applications to ensure functionality and stability.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software with hardware components and systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in C++ programming for hardware equipment controls.

- Implementierung unserer internen Plattform- und Cloud-Infrastruktur als stabiles Fundament für Softwareentwicklung und Betrieb.
- Integration unseres zentralen CI/CD-System in unsere Toolchain (z. B. Git, Artefakt-Repositories, Container-Plattformen, Cloud-Infrastruktur).
- Verantwortung für Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Security der CI/CD-Plattform sowie der angebundenen Systeme.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Nutzung der Plattform (Reduktion manueller sowie fehleranfälliger Prozesse).
- Identifizieren von Verbesserungspotenzial im Build-, Deployment- und Plattformbetrieb und nachhaltige Umsetzung.
