- Design, develop, and maintain analogue and digital electronic circuits throughout the complete product lifecycle
- Perform component selection, schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB design to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets
- Drive technical requirements from concept through implementation, test, and release
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and service engineering teams during product development
- Support system integration activities involving sensors, actuators, communication networks, and control systems
- Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, test reports, BOMs, design reviews, and technical specifications

Aufgaben – das möchten wir dir anvertrauen:
- Kreative Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Werbekampagnen (online und offline) in Zusammenarbeit mit externen Agenturen und in Abstimmung mit der Marketing-Leitung
- Pflege der Website und der Online Portale mit der Durchführung saisonaler Anpassungen, dem Einstellen von Packages u.v.m.
- Redaktionelle Pflege / Content-Erstellung für diverse externe und Inhouse Kanäle, u.a. Website, Inhouse-Print Produkte & Screens, Online Portale, etc.
- Durchführung von verkaufsfördernden Maßnahmen in Abstimmung mit der Marketing-Leitung und unserem Reservierungsteam
- Grafische Gestaltung von Drucksorten, Inseraten, Banner, etc., Branding von Shop-Produkten
- Aufbau und Pflege eines Kooperationsnetzwerks und Umsetzung von passenden Kooperationen
- Mitgestaltung von Newsletter Kampagnen und Mitbetreuung unserer Social Media Kanäle
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Fotoshootings und Videoproduktionen

- Lead complex root cause investigations and identify the underlying process issues behind quality problems.
- Drive effective corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable resolution and continuous improvement.
- Apply and promote structured quality methodologies such as 8D problem solving and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt principles.
- Support and actively contribute to triage meetings, helping to prioritize issues, coordinate actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Act as a mentor and coach for team members and cross-functional stakeholders, strengthening problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
- Develop and maintain a high-quality data foundation/database that enables reliable analysis of process performance and quality trends.
- Use data-driven insights to identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.
- Support the development of innovative digital solutions, including the creation of an AI agent for automated quality analysis, to accelerate issue detection, trend analysis, and decision-making.
