Ihr Wirkungsbereich
- Finanzielle Begleitung und Projektcontrolling von F&E-Projekten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
- Laufendes Monitoring von Projektbudgets, Mittelverbrauch, Aufwandsfortschritt und inhaltlicher Zielerreichung
- Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Projektbudgets, Forecasts und F&E-Planungen
- Projektabrechnungen und finanzielles Berichtswesen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Frühzeitiges Erkennen finanzieller und projektbezogener Abweichungen sowie Unterstützung der Projektleitungen bei der Entwicklung geeigneter Maßnahmen

- Entwurfs- und Ausführungsplanung

- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Zeichnungen mit AutoCAD

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Betrieb, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung aller Business‑Applikationen (z. B. D365 F&O, CRM, Web & E-Commerce)
- Einführung neuer digitaler Lösungen sowie Optimierung bestehender Systeme
- Analyse, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Planung und Steuerung von IT‑/Digitalprojekten inkl. Budget‑ und Ressourcenverantwortung

- Implementation and release of new options and features on released Spin Clean products
- Driving releases from development state to HVM Lifecycle
- Preparing Bill of Materials for automated BOM Creation (SAP Item Text rules)
- Maintaining Bill of Materials via engineering change management process (ECM) and structure components according to manufacturing procedures
- Working with cross functional teams on product integration and maintenance
- being the engineering interface to Product- and configuration Management
- Acting as the Single point of contact for Problem Reports (and escalations) from remote factory and on-site production for BOM related questions
- Executing FMEA’s (Failure Mode and effects analysis) – Act as the moderator – leading a cross functional team of experts to identify risks and error cases of modules currently in development. Presents results in a CFT meeting (including executive management)

- Program Leadership: Develop and manage a global process for order readiness and preslot milestone mgmt in alignment with Production Planning initiatives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to ensure timely configuration and quote completion.
- Risk Management: resolve readiness issue impacting slotting schedule & utilize the Lam Mgmt System (LMS) to drive for timely resolution & decision-making.
- Order Readiness Mgmt: Validate configuration accuracy and completeness for all orders prior to slotting & enforce adherence to pre-slot milestones for all records globally.
- Communications: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Tracking & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track progress against milestones and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in order readiness processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging SAP & production planning tools & applications.
