- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Erstellung von Angeboten & Nachverfolgung
- Auftragsbearbeitung bis hin zum Reklamationsmanagement
- Fakturierung, Lieferscheinabnahmen und Leistungsnachweiskontrolle
- Koordination der Dienstleistungsteams inkl. Einteilung und Planung
- HR-Agenden im Bereich der An- und Abmeldungen von KollegInnen, Personalbeschaffung sowie Bearbeitung von Dienstverträgen
- Vorbereitung der Zeiterfassung für die Personalverrechnung
- Arbeitsartikel-Verwaltung und -ausgabe, Materialbestellungen und Verwaltung von Materialien
- Organisation von Weiterbildungen und Unterlagen zur Einarbeitung/Unterweisung

Du bringst mit
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, Lehre oder Studium)
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
- Freude am Arbeiten mit Zahlen sowie ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Verrechnung bzw. Fakturierung von Vorteil
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
