- Montage: Selbstständiger Zusammenbau von Baugruppen und Montage von Schredder anhand technischer Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Montageplänen
- Mechanik und Hydraulik: Installation und Anschluss von mechanischen Komponenten, Hydraulikaggregaten
- Durchführung von Funktionsprüfungen, Endkontrollen und Qualitätssicherung der montierten Schredder vor der Auslieferung
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen oder Mängeln während des Montageprozesses in Zusammenarbeit mit der Konstruktion
- Sorgfältige Dokumentation der durchgeführten Montageschritte und Prüfprotokolle

DEINE MISSION:
- Projekte steuern: Du betreust eigenverantwortlich Projekte im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau – von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung.
- Schnittstellen managen: Die enge Abstimmung mit Kunden, Vertrieb und internen Fachabteilungen gehört zu Deinem Alltag.
- Umsetzung koordinieren: Du koordinierst den Schaltschrankbau sowie die Installation von Maschinen und Anlagen.
- Engineering umsetzen: Mit EPLAN P8 erstellst Du Stromlaufpläne für Prototypen und Serienanlagen.
- Strukturen schaffen: Du entwickelst und pflegst Vorlagen, Makros, Stücklisten und alle fertigungsrelevanten Unterlagen.
- Prozesse verbessern: Im Änderungsmanagement bringst Du Dich aktiv ein und pflegst Artikel sowie Baugruppen im ERP-System.
- Weiterentwicklung vorantreiben: Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Produkten, Prozessen und Arbeitsplätzen.

- Responsible for customer betas including installation, qualification, milestones, technical requirements, training and certification of local teams / customer
- Provides support to engineering and service products both at the factory and in the field
- Includes working in customer wafer fabrication sites / environments as required to fulfil the support function
- Creates and presents reports related to design, reliability, maintenance problems, SW bugs, projects and escalations to the relevant factory groups
- Creates and updates documentation for field service engineers and customers
- Support reported product issues by the field service engineers via problem reports
- Participates and leads as required Knowledge Management activities to share learning worldwide in order to expedite solutions, reduce repeat issues, escalations and improve cycle time closure
- Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature

- Responsible for providing quality on-site repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanicalsystems. Analytical troubleshooting of technical problems to component level
- Performs complete installation/relocation start-up services
- Troubleshoots equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take stepsto minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine correctiveactions as required
- Performs installations and/or relocations of equipment at customers’ sites
- Remains up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and otherrelevant materials
- Assists in complex field modifications and updates as released in Engineering Change Notifications
- Maintains records and reports as required to properly coordinate activities with supervisors and customers
- Responsible for Planning, management, and execution of projects of a limited scope and duration

- Develop, improve, and standardize test methods and test fixtures for Lam products.
- Lead test fixture transitions to suppliers, including training, documentation, and on-site support when required.
- Own supplier test and facility readiness, including test reviews, sign-off activities, and risk assessment prior to Test fixture building and transitions.
- Coordinate test fixture duplication and rebuild efforts in close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Test Technician teams.
- Provide remote and on-site support to suppliers during test-related line-down situations to ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Verify and set up duplicated test fixtures to ensure proper functionality and compliance with requirements.
- Maintain and update test documentation and test fixture Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required.
- Drive continuous yield, quality, and process improvements through test data analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Support the introduction of new products/components, design changes, or process updates by assessing test impact and readiness at supplier sites.
- Define and maintain supplier test best practices to ensure consistency across remote factories.
- Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to Leads, or Supervisors in a timely and structured manner.
- Perform system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical testing and troubleshooting.
- Utilize test and diagnostic equipment, including test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
- Define and document test and diagnostic programs, including procedures to support testing of new components based on Non Standard Request or Change Orders.
- Design and develop cost-effective testing methods for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing phases.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team, suppliers, account teams, and Supplier Engineering Technology (SET) members to ensure seamless integration and smooth transitions.
