- Business-Anforderungen zu analysieren und sie in umsetzbare technische Konzepte mit klaren Akzeptanzkriterien zu übersetzen, damit unsere Entwicklerteams effizient arbeiten können
- Tests und Releases zu begleiten, Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen und bei der Fehleranalyse zu unterstützen, wenn 1st und 2nd Level Support nicht weiterkommen
- Die End-to-End-Umsetzung eines dir zugewiesenen Themas oder EPICs zu übernehmen; von der Anforderungserhebung über die Produktivsetzung bis hin zum anschließenden Support

- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Anforderungs- und Prozessanalysen sowie Erarbeitung technischer Lösungskonzepte in enger Abstimmung mit unseren Fachbereichen und externen Softwarelieferanten
- Qualitätssicherung der entwickelten Konzepte inklusive der Durchführung von Komponenten- und Integrationstests

- Sie sind für die Leitung der IT- Abteilung und deren Mitarbeiter verantwortlich
- Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Integration von IT- Projekten mit externen Anbietern
- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der IT- Infrastruktur und Systemen und ERP-Systeme (Einführung, Steuerung, Schnittstellen und Admin)
- Als Projektmanager agieren Sie bei der Planung und Umsetzung von IT- Projekten
- Datensicherheit und Compliance sowie das Training von Mitarbeiter*innen runden Ihre Aufgaben ab

- End-to-End Steuerung von Projekten und Projektteams zum Erfolg – von der Initialisierung über Planung und Umsetzung bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

- Lead and develop the Master Scheduling team, reinforcing best practices, accountability, and standardizationReview and manage the master schedule for the Villach & Global manufacturing sites , ensuring alignment with production capabilities and business objectives
- Own the accuracy, maintenance, and integrity of the master production schedule within ERP systems
- Translate approved build plans into consistent, executable schedules based on project specifications, resource availability, and production constraints
- Collaborate with Global Production Planning, Manufacturing, Supply chain, Logistics, and Order Management and Execution teams to incorporate forecast changes and firm orders

- As a Material Program Manager, you act as the interface between a cross-functional program team focusing on the introduction of new products and the Supply Chain Organization
- In this role, you are accountable for establishing a Supply Chain for Lam’s new products that meets performance, cost, quality, capacity, and on-time-delivery requirements
- By applying your great communication skills, you provide fact-based guidance to the cross-functional program team, supporting them to make the right decisions & the program to succeed
- Form & lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies
- Proactively seek and maintain alignments with relevant stakeholders to support program needs and targets
- Execute new product’s cost analyses & cost tracking on a regular basis
- Identify, communicate and manage Supply Chain related program risks and prevent them from materializing
- Identify and execute material cost reduction opportunities utilizing should costing, benchmarking, cost driver analysis, functional cost analysis, etc.
- Provide recommendations for new supplier selection & evaluation
- Support our new products’ fast transition from Pilot to High Volume Manufacturing
- Identify critical path parts & implement measures enabling production to deliver to need date
- Present the status of your deliverables as well as continuous improvement activities in management reviews on a regular basis
