- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
- Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.
- Acts as customer technology manager in the planning, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Acts as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requests
- Drives introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualifications

- Koordination von Arbeitspaketen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Projektübernahme bis Projektabschluss
- Leitung, Planung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Produkt-Projekten
- Gewährleistung der laufenden Planerfüllungen in Hinblick auf fachliche, kaufmännische und terminliche Zielsetzungen
- Prüfung von Prozess- und Ergebnisqualitäten
- Reporting, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Fortschritte und Termineinhaltung
- Verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Verbesserung innerhalb der zugewiesenen Projekte (Lessons-Learned)“
- Initiative und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen

- Selbstständige Projektplanung und -abwicklung unter Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Ressourcenvorgaben
- Koordination und Abstimmung mit Bauherrn, Planern, Sub-Unternehmern und Bauleitung
- Erstellung und Verhandlung von Nachträgen und Claims
- Erstellung von Termin- und Ressourcenplänen und deren Kontrolle
- Erstellung und Dokumentation von auftragsbezogenen Unterlagen für die Abrechnung
- Führung des Projektteams sowie regelmäßiges Projekt-Reporting

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Technisch/operative Gesamtleitung des Betriebsstandortes in Südösterreich mit dem Schwerpunkt: Textilerzeugung und - technik
- Operative Steuerung sowie die Führung der Bereiche Produktion, Produktentwicklung, Qualität, Logistik, Sales/Vertrieb (inklusive Kalkulation)
- Laufende Weiterentwicklung samt Umsetzung neuer Projekte sowie von Organisations- und Prozessoptimierungen
- Führungsverantwortung und operative Vorbildfunktion
- Verantwortung zur Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und behördlicher Auflagen im eigenen Wirkungsbereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Unternehmensleitung, sowie Reporting an die Konzernzentrale in Europa

- Program Leadership: Develop and manage a global process for order readiness and pre-slot milestone mgmt in alignment with Production Planning initiatives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to ensure timely configuration and quote completion.
- Risk Management: resolve readiness issue impacting slotting schedule & utilize the Lam Mgmt System (LMS) to drive for timely resolution & decision-making.
- Order Readiness Mgmt: Validate configuration accuracy and completeness for all orders prior to slotting & enforce adherence to pre-slot milestones for all records globally.
- Communications: Develop and deliver clear and concise communications for leadership teams and stakeholders.
- Tracking & Reporting: Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track progress against milestones and provide visibility to leadership on risks, delays, & corrective actions.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in order readiness processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging SAP & production planning tools & applications.

- Assembly and Test Pilot product and modules in high quality
- Working on newest products and design and get them ready for production.
- Work together with colleagues in pilot production area in several areas (mechanical, electrical, chemical or testing area)
- Supporting assembly and documentation of test fixtures and other assemblies
- Reporting issues and drive improvements and new ideas to improve efficiency.
