- Erstellung von Prognosen und Berichten und daraus resultierenden Optimierungsmöglichkeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Fachabteilungen

Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Koordination von Arbeitspaketen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Projektübernahme bis Projektabschluss
- Leitung, Planung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Produkt-Projekten
- Gewährleistung der laufenden Planerfüllungen in Hinblick auf fachliche, kaufmännische und terminliche Zielsetzungen
- Prüfung von Prozess- und Ergebnisqualitäten
- Reporting, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Fortschritte und Termineinhaltung
- Verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Verbesserung innerhalb der zugewiesenen Projekte (Lessons-Learned)“
- Initiative und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen

- Verantwortlich für den Bereich Finance & Controlling inkl. internationaler steuerrechtlicher Spezialthemen (Umsatzsteuer, internationale Steuerfragen)
- Aktuell Überwachung der extern durchgeführten Buchhaltung mit dem Ziel Insourcing der FIBU inkl. Definition von Vorgaben und Standards
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten und Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und externe Stakeholder
- Business Partner für die Geschäftsführung: regelmäßiges und ad hoc Reporting (Monats- und Quartalsberichte), Cashflow- & Budgetplanung, Hochrechnungen, Soll/Ist-Vergleiche udgl.
- Key User & Projektleitung ERP-System
- Erste Ansprechperson für Förderungen, Versicherungen und Treasury

- Umfassende steuerliche Unterstützung für nationale und internationale Fragestellungen
- Quartalsweise Steuerplanung sowie Berechnung und Verbuchung latenter Steuern (Tax Reporting Packages)
- Erstellung von Steuererklärungen (KÖSt, USt, KESt) und Erfüllung steuerlicher Berichtspflichten (z. B. DAC6, WiEReG, Pillar II)
- Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen/ begleitende Kontrolle (Horizontal Monitoring)

- Lead the digital verification of complex digital and mixed signal designs, including IPs, Subsystems, ASIC and SoCs.
- Coordinate the overall digital verification activities such as verification planning, verification tracking and reporting, as well as requirement-based verification
- Conduct the clarification of verification requirements with multiple communication interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including concept, design, AMS verification, and post-silicon validation teams, to ensure high quality designs
- Hands-on contributor to digital verification either from scratch, or using legacy verification environments and flows
- Focus on all-directions-reuse of the Verification Components to be implemented
- Identify and mitigate risks in dynamic projects, with proactive communication to the project team
- Drive the enhancement of existing verification methodologies and flows, drive required innovation projects and get buy-in from management
- Foster process and efficiency improvements where applicable, as well as share your expertise to the other team members so that they are able to grow
- As a technical lead inspire and mentor junior verification engineers while providing invaluable technical support and guidance to development teams and business partners
- Identify and address synergies between digital and analog centric Pre-Silicon verification, and Post-Silicon validation
