- Koordination von Arbeitspaketen ab dem Zeitpunkt der Projektübernahme bis Projektabschluss
- Leitung, Planung und eigenverantwortliche Umsetzung von Produkt-Projekten
- Gewährleistung der laufenden Planerfüllungen in Hinblick auf fachliche, kaufmännische und terminliche Zielsetzungen
- Prüfung von Prozess- und Ergebnisqualitäten
- Reporting, Dokumentation und Kontrolle der Fortschritte und Termineinhaltung
- Verantwortlich für die Gewährleistung einer nachhaltigen Verbesserung innerhalb der zugewiesenen Projekte (Lessons-Learned)“

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
- Du bist die Kommunikationsdrehscheibe der Business IT, internen Abteilungen sowie externen Partner/innen
- Du übernimmst Projekt- und Prozessmanagementaufgaben wie Koordination, Dokumentation, Reporting und Präsentationen (Auftragsbearbeitung, Beschaffung, Lagerverwaltung, PPS etc.)
- Du betreust und entwickelst die kaufmännischen IT-Anwendungen
- Der Support und die Schulungen der Enduser zählen zu Deinem Aufgabengebiet

- Define the customer’s Intellectual Property (IP) protection procedures, monitor its execution, perform data analysis to identify trends and area of improvements.
- Support the growing Cyber-Security testing and reporting for the laboratory and metrology environment in collaboration with the IT teams.
- Develop inspection techniques and metrology recipes supporting the data generation for customer demos.
- Take part in the organization and scheduling of the preventive maintenance and calibrations needed for the metrology tools.
- Execute the metrology tools periodic checks, applying Statistical Process Control (SPC) methods, ensuring that are operating within specified limits and producing consistent output.
- Support the data generation for internal and external audits, document the non-compliance findings, track, and follow-up on corrective actions.
- Collaborating in Continuous Improvement Plans (CIP) to optimize the Lab Operations business processes, supporting the digital transformation activities.
