Durch Deine kommunikative und organisierte Arbeitsweise werden so sämtliche Kundenanfragen und -anliegen sehr zeitnah bearbeitet. Deine kompetente Art unterstützt Dich auch in der zeitnahen und lösungsorientierten Abarbeitung von Reklamationen.
- Systemarbeit: Im ERP-System hältst Du sämtliche Kunden- und Händlerdaten stets auf dem neuesten Stand und sorgst kontinuierlich für Effizienzsteigerungen bei der Arbeit im System.
- Teamspirit: In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team sowie mit Kolleg:innen aus dem Field Service, dem technischen Support und dem Vertrieb erarbeitest Du stets optimale Lösungen für unsere Kunden und Händler.
- Weiterentwicklung: Durch Dein prozessorientiertes Denken und Deine ERP-Erfahrung möchtest Du Dich zum ERP-Key User für den After Sales Bereich weiterentwickeln.
