- Delivers commitment and communication of delivery dates for all assigned systems (Manufacturing Completion Date)
- Drives and coordinates gap reductions between planned- and actual milestones
- Tracks system readiness and provide early warnings/gaps that may affect commitments and pursue all necessary escalation steps
- Serves as deputy to the Area Manager and assumes functional leadership responsibilities as subject matter expert
- Works with Sales Operations, Configuration Support and Engineering to assure design readiness to support overall project timelines, especially Special Customer Requests
- Coordinates timelines with Engineering, Program Management and Pilot operations for new products and customer Evaluation Requests (EVRs)
- Performs continuous System Lead Time Assessment – working with a cross functional team to assess complexity level of a slotted tool and suggest a proper lead time
- Cooperates within Change Management processes – assessing impact of changes on delivery commitments, such as late configuration changes and Manufacturing slot changes
- Engages in Escalation and resolution of issues affecting timely delivery of assigned systems and modules from Remote Factories
- Monitoring shipping acceptance according to required configuration and QA standards
- Ensures closure and completion of open deviation items, participation to cross functional teams, aimed to improving processes related to all of the above (root cause corrective action and process gap awareness)

- Organisation und Betreuung des Front Office inkl. professionellem Besucherempfang
- Vorbereitung und Betreuung der Besprechungsräume
- Verwaltung und Organisation des Büromaterials
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung der Zeiterfassung sowie administrativer HR-Prozesse
- Vorbereitung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung durch termingerechte Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung aller relevanten Unterlagen und Informationen (inkl. der internationalen Standorte)
- Erstellung von HR-Auswertungen und Reports
- Ansprechperson bei Fragen zur Zeiterfassung, Arbeitszeitregelungen und personaladministrativen Themen
- Prüfung und Abwicklung von Reisekosten- und Spesenabrechnungen
- Organisation, Koordination und Begleitung des Onboarding-Prozesses neuer Mitarbeiter
- Korrespondenz mit Behörden und externen Stellen

- Creation of initial BOM Structure for Development Programs according to the Product Option Architecture
- Implementation and release of new options and features on released Spin Clean products
- Driving releases from development state to HVM Lifecycle
- Preparing Bill of Materials for automated BOM Creation (SAP Item Text rules)
- Maintaining Bill of Materials via engineering change management process (ECM) and structure components according to manufacturing procedures
- Working with cross functional teams on product integration and maintenance
- being the engineering interface to Product- and configuration Management
- Acting as the Single point of contact for Problem Reports (and escalations) from remote factory and on-site production for BOM related questions
- Executing FMEA’s (Failure Mode and effects analysis) – Act as the moderator – leading a cross functional team of experts to identify risks and error cases of modules currently in development. Presents results in a CFT meeting (including executive management)
