- Lead and implement Lean 6 Sigma projects to increase efficiency (labor time, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).
- Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other sites.
- Enhancing and maintaining improvement platforms and delivering project presentations.
- Train and coach employees (Yellow/Green Belt), conduct training sessions.
- Support and advise supervisors and managers in the CIP process.
- Coordinate with indirect teams (IE, Quality, ME/TE).
- Document and report improvement measures and project results.

- Consolidate inputs from project managers, and cleanroom operations into a reliable “single source of truth".
- Translate operational performance into strategic KPIs for leadership, funding bodies, and board-level reporting.
- Drive alignment of projects and operations with SAL’s strategic objectives.
