- Leitung und Steuerung komplexer Projekte: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Planung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle von anspruchsvollen Projekten in verschiedenen Bereichen.
- Projektmanagement: Du erstellst und pflegst Projektpläne, definierst Meilensteine und stellst sicher, dass die Projekte innerhalb des Budgets, der Zeitvorgaben und der Qualitätsanforderungen abgeschlossen werden.
- Führung und Motivation von Projektteams: Du führst Teams, setzt klare Ziele und förderst eine kollaborative Arbeitsweise.
- Stakeholder-Management: Du kommunizierst regelmäßig mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, koordinierst deren Anforderungen und sorgst für eine transparente und zielgerichtete Kommunikation.

- Collect, analyse, and interpret Install Base data, such as Quality and Installation & Warranty data (I&W)
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support business operations
- Collaborate with stakeholder functions to understand data needs and provide actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validations and business reviews
- Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders
- Participate in the improvement projects and adopt changes of source data structure & systems
- Actively representing the Clean Product Line in the Digital Transformation Program (DT) for data management and system transformation in quality and I&W

- Be responsible for the Power Supply Concept and Sensing Architecture for Automotive Battery Management Systems
- Breakdown stakeholder requirements and application assumptions into block-based requirements for architectural High Voltage and Sensing components
- Be responsible for High Voltage and Sensing IP handling of all platforms within Automotive Microcontroller
- Drive together with the platform lead architects a strategy which enables a family concept by modular & scalable approach
- Proactively be driving innovation (according to strategy) anticipating industry and market trends
- Modeling capability allows to transfer theoretical concept in a reference for further development
- Cooperate with technical marketing team, platform lead architects, system architects, SW development, design teams and other business lines within Infineon
- Be the interface between our application engineering as well as development teams and drive active knowledge transfer
- Own and create technical documentation in order to provide the requested functional descriptions and documents to guarantee the ISO26262 compliance – Impart implementation knowhow to others

- Oversee 50+ workbenches and 80 setups, including maintenance, repairs, and reconstruction
- Manage bench assignments for internal projects and coordinate with10+ stakeholder teams
- Operations:
- Handle supplier communication, material purchasing and inventory stocking
- Plan and execute investments for cost-effective, high-quality lab infrastructure
- Supervise and train students, ensure lab access authorization and maintain tools and equipment
- Safety:
- Act as the primary contact for safety audits (1-2 annually) and ensure full compliance
- Coordinate audit preparations (e.g. cleaning, safety documents, fire safety)
- Maintain up-to-date safety regulations and documentation as the legal safety owner
- Customer and Facility Support:
- Prepare setups for customer visits and demonstrations
- Organize storage areas and mechanical rooms for efficient use
- Manage lab entry approvals, training and user lists
