- Develop inspection techniques and metrology recipes supporting the data generation and analysis for the customer demo support.
- Independently design and conduct experiments, developing tailored analytical methodologies, supporting product development’s engineering testing.
- Plan, carry and oversee complex metrology related projects, documenting results and lessons learned in BKM.
- Analyze the metrology equipment’s performances and partner with the suppliers on problem solving and CIP.
- Schedule and organize the needed preventive maintenances and calibrations.
- Support the development of the site’s metrology roadmap, identifying current gaps through the cooperation with the engineering teams, align on the future technical requirements, and setup the implementation strategies.
- Engage with analytical laboratories and wafers suppliers to extend the available engineering testing offer.
