Sie sind für technische Leitung des Betriebes inkl. Führungsverantwortung für MitarbeiterInnen des Technik-Teams zuständig und sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Betriebes hinsichtlich gesetzlicher und sicherheitstechnischer Bereiche (Verfahrenstechnik/Chemie/Prozesstechnik) und die Einhaltung von Normen und Vorgaben .
Die Bearbeitung von Investitionsprojekten sowie die Instandhaltung eigener Energieversorgungsanlagen runden Ihre Aufgaben ab. Der tägliche Umgang in der Verantwortlichkeit für Produktionsanlagen und Infrastruktur sowie die Optimierung von (technischen) Prozessen und Abläufen am Standort gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben.
Laufende Checks und Analysen der Sicherheitsvorgaben und -einhaltungen, Kontakt zu Behörden und Instandhaltungsthemen fallen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich.
Sie führen nicht nur MitarbeiterInnen: Sie entwickeln diese auch weiter und agieren in einer operativen Vorbildfunktion auf Augenhöhe. Sie berichten direkt an den Geschäftsführer vor Ort.

- Owns quality management/tracking within Engineering and is the quality case owner (QCO)
- Actively monitors and analyses Engineering quality and resolves quality issues via systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Establishes measures to improve the Engineering output (drawings, BOMs, …) quality
- Identifies systematic gaps/potentials on products, quality improvement capabilities and the quality management system itself
- Tracks all Engineering relevant KPIs (development milestones, feasibility analysis, technical modifications, problem reports, …)
- Moderates and documents all Engineering relevant 8D reports
- Drives Engineering quality related RCCAs
- Tracks relevant NCIs and NCEs within Engineering
- Collaborates in cross-functional quality reviews, dispositioning and RCCA reviews and takes part in development and implementation of quality standards, methods and procedures
- Contributes to Engineering standards definition
- Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality requirements and to meet or exceed our quality objectives

- You will be responsible for the design of new products and lifecycle management of existing electronic circuits.
- You will be responsible for component selection, design, development, testing and evaluation of control circuits for our machines.
- You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team: electrical, mechanical, software, technical support, productivity engineers, and suppliers, on the design, modification, of custom and OEM components.
- You will need to prepare and analyze test plans and procedures to assure that technical and operational requirements are met and properly demonstrated.
- You will be responsible for the collection and analysis of relevant material and data in preparation of your presentation at design, project, and program reviews.

- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization including conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation.
- Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings.
- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Conduct detailed analysis including structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, heat transfer, stress, vibrations, fluid and gas flow dynamics, and manufacturability to properly specify designs.
- Develop and conduct feasibility studies and test plans to characterize and validate design performance.
- Prepare high-quality reports and technical presentations to clearly communicate design intent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure solutions can be manufactured with high-quality, cost-optimized, and to requirements.
- Provide key deliverables including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical specifications, risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to more junior engineers.
