Deine Aufgaben
- Technische Verantwortung für Qualität, Stabilität und Skalierbarkeit unserer produktiven KI-Anwendungen
- Auswahl, Integration und kontinuierliche Optimierung von KI-Modellen hinsichtlich Performance, Kosten und Robustheit
- Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Evaluierungs-, Test- und Monitoring-Frameworks für KI-Systeme
- Integration von LLMs, RAG-Architekturen und agentischen Systemen in bestehende Produkt- und Systemarchitekturen
- Etablierung von LLMOps-/MLOps-Strukturen sowie Entwicklung wiederverwendbarer AI-Komponenten und Plattformservices
- Sicherstellung von Governance, Compliance und Responsible AI

Semiconductor Equipment Engineer (all genders)
- Independently carrying out maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of high-end cleanroom equipment
- Planning and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities on semiconductor tools
- Supporting the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and equipment reliability within the cleanroom environment
- Performing regular inspections of cleanroom facilities and infrastructure
- Assisting the cleanroom team with daily operational and technical tasks
- Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, maintenance records, and operating procedures
- Working closely with equipment suppliers and process engineers to improve tool performance and support advanced process development
- Coordinating service activities with external vendors as well as internal stakeholders
- Supporting organizational and administrative activities within the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans

- Own the cloud platform reference architecture and roadmaps across AWS and Azure; align with enterprise architecture, security, data, and app teams.

- Establish multi-cloud landing zones (AWS Organizations + Control Tower; Azure Management Groups + Landing Zones) with policy, identity, and network guardrails.

Ihre Herausforderung:

- Sie übernehmen die Koordination und Integration von IT- Projekten mit externen Anbietern

Ihr Wirkungsbereich
- Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst die technische und organisatorische Betreuung, Wartung und Pflege der Laborinfrastruktur Medizintechnik (inkludiert auch Linux-Rechner; Lizenz- und Userverwaltung) sowie Gewährung der Laborsicherheit
- Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung von Laborübungen zum Thema Medizintechnik (z.B. Elektronik, Signal- und Bildverarbeitung, Augmented und Virtual Reality, 3D Druck)
- Technische Unterstützung der Lehrenden und Studierenden im Lehrbetrieb (Bachelor/Master-Studium)
- Durchführung von Laborübungen und Seminaren und Betreuung von Studierenden bei Projekt- und Abschlussarbeiten
- Wissenschaftliche Mitarbeit bei Forschungsprojekten und Anträgen
- Koordination der Software für die Studiengänge gemeinsam mit der IKT-Abteilung
- Kontaktaufnahme mit Firmen und Netzwerkbetreuung
- Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben in den Studiengängen
