Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productizationincluding conceptualization, designing, CAD modeling, development, and test/validation. Designs components using variety of metals, ceramics, quartz, plastics, and advanced coatings. Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometricdimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). Develop inspection techniques and metrology recipes supporting the data generation andanalysis for the customer demo support. Independently design and conduct experiments, developing tailored analytical methodologies, supporting product development’s engineering testing. Plan, carry and oversee complex metrology related projects, documenting results and lessonslearned in BKM. Analyze the metrology equipment’s performance and partner with the suppliers on problemsolving and CIP. Schedule and organize the needed preventive maintenances and calibrations.
