Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbständige Betreuung der Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung mit unterschiedlichen Kollektivverträgen
- Ansprechperson für Führungskräfte & MitarbeiterInnen in arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen, sowie für Behörden (Finanzamt, Sozialversicherung)
- Übernahme von verschiedenen Projekten nach einer Einarbeitungszeit - unter anderem im Bereich der Automatisierung der Lohnverrechnung
- Einbindung in ein erfahrenes, sympathisches Team und schrittweise Übernahme einer eigenverantwortlichen und selbstständigen Tätigkeit

Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie kümmern sich hauptverantwortlich für die laufende Personalverrechnung
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen die Administration von Ein- und Austritten, der Stammdatenpflege und die Verwaltung der Urlaube und Krankenstände
- Sie sind für die Gehaltsberechnung und die Erstellung von Dienstverträgen zuständig
- Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungstechnische Anfragen sollten Sie gemeinsam mit unserem Steuerberater beantworten können
- Laufende Statistik und Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Reports
- Betreuung des digitalen Zeiterfassungssystems und Arbeitszeitaufzeichnungen Kontrolle
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner*in für die Kommunikation mit Ämtern und Behörden

Laufende Buchhaltung
- Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung in Abstimmung mit dem externen Steuerberater
- Erstellung von Monats- und Quartalsabschlüssen
- Erstellung der monatlichen Steuererklärungen (z.B. UVA, ZM- und Jahresmeldungen)
- Unterstützung der Buchhaltung bei Kontierung und Buchung sowie Abstimmung der Konten zur Kontrolle aller im täglichen Geschäftsablauf anfallenden Transaktionen mit dem Ziel der transparenten Buchführung
