- Provide service, maintenance, and repair support for advanced high-tech equipment at customer sites.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes of equipment failures.

- Design, develop, and maintain electrical and electronic circuits throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Drive component selection, circuit development, design verification, testing, and evaluation of control systems for our products.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary engineering team, including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, technical support specialists, productivity engineers, and external suppliers, to design, develop, and enhance custom and OEM components.
- Develop, execute, and analyze test plans and procedures to ensure technical and operational requirements are fully met, validated, and documented.
- Collect, evaluate, and present technical data and findings to support informed decision-making during design, project, and program reviews.

Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von OT / IT Projekten / Änderungen für IT Services entlang der Tunnel und Freilandstrecken
- Schwerpunkte sind hierbei Systeme für die Verkehrssteuerung und Überwachung, Sensorik, Radar und Tunneltechnik
- Sie steuern aktiv die Umsetzung der Lösungen und sorgen für eine termingerechte und einwandfreie Abnahme und Übergabe an unseren Betrieb
- Hierbei pflegen sie in enger Abstimmung den Kontakt mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, z.B. IT Dienstleistern und interner Betriebstechnik
- Gemeinsam mit dem/r zuständigen IT Servicemanager:in entwickeln Sie IT Systeme nach regionalen Bedürfnissen weiter

- Follow and build project scaffolds (PowerShell), follow coding standards, and reproducible workflows.
- Transform analyses into standardized currently best-known methods (cBKM)
- Process data and automate data flows; manage and optimize data structure & data bases for big data sets.
- Interact with product and service teams to identify questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.
- Interpret and communicate data analysis results and experiments to product, service & business managers.
