What you’ll be doing:

Partner with senior leaders on strategic people topics such as talent and succession, engagement, organisational development, capability building, performance and reward. -
Build leadership maturity through coaching, feedback and targeted interventions, role modelling as a trusted adviser. -
Work closely with local HR in markets and plants to ensure global consistency with local compliance on contractual, legal, payroll and employee relations matters. -
Lead and govern the global people & change strategy, project portfolio and roadmap in partnership with project owners - setting priorities and governance, aligning scope and success measures, sequencing delivery and tracking benefits realisation. -

- Responsible for providing quality on-site repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Analytical troubleshooting of technical problems to component level.
- Performs complete installation/relocation start-up services
- Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
- Installations and/or relocations of equipment at customers’ sites.
- Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials.
- Assist in complex field modifications and updates as released in Engineering Change Notifications.

- Creation of initial BOM Structure for Development Programs according to the Product Option Architecture
- Implementation and release of new options and features on released Spin Clean products
- Driving releases from development state to HVM Lifecycle
- Preparing Bill of Materials for automated BOM Creation (SAP Item Text rules)
- Maintaining Bill of Materials via engineering change management process (ECM) and structure components according to manufacturing procedures
- Working with cross functional teams on product integration and maintenance
- being the engineering interface to Product- and configuration Management
- Acting as the Single point of contact for Problem Reports (and escalations) from remote factory and on-site production for BOM related questions
- Executing FMEA’s (Failure Mode and effects analysis) – Act as the moderator – leading a cross functional team of experts to identify risks and error cases of modules currently in development. Presents results in a CFT meeting (including executive management)
