Ihre Herausforderung:
Sie sind für technische Leitung des Betriebes inkl. Führungsverantwortung für MitarbeiterInnen des Technik-Teams zuständig und sorgen für den reibungslosen Ablauf des Betriebes hinsichtlich gesetzlicher und sicherheitstechnischer Bereiche (Verfahrenstechnik/Chemie/Prozesstechnik) und die Einhaltung von Normen und Vorgaben . Die Bearbeitung von Investitionsprojekten sowie die Instandhaltung eigener Energieversorgungsanlagen runden Ihre Aufgaben ab. Der tägliche Umgang in der Verantwortlichkeit für Produktionsanlagen und Infrastruktur sowie die Optimierung von (technischen) Prozessen und Abläufen am Standort gehören zu Ihren Aufgaben. Laufende Checks und Analysen der Sicherheitsvorgaben und -einhaltungen, Kontakt zu Behörden und Instandhaltungsthemen fallen in Ihren Verantwortungsbereich. Sie führen nicht nur MitarbeiterInnen: Sie entwickeln diese auch weiter und agieren in einer operativen Vorbildfunktion auf Augenhöhe. Sie berichten direkt an den Geschäftsführer vor Ort.

- Program Leadership: Develop and manage a global process for order readiness and pre-slot milestone mgmt in alignment with Production Planning initiatives.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Sales Operations, Product Groups, NSR Engineering, and internal Order Fulfillment teams to ensure timely configuration and quote completion.
- Risk Management: resolve readiness issue impacting slotting schedule & utilize the Lam Mgmt System (LMS) to drive for timely resolution & decision-making.

- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in order readiness processes and implement best practices for efficiency and accuracy, leveraging SAP & production planning tools & applications.

- As a Material Program Manager, you act as the interface between a cross-functional program team focusing on the introduction of new products and the Supply Chain Organization
- In this role, you are accountable for establishing a Supply Chain for Lam’s new products that meets performance, cost, quality, capacity, and on-time-delivery requirements
- By applying your great communication skills, you provide fact-based guidance to the cross-functional program team, supporting them to make the right decisions & the program to succeed
- Form & lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies
- Proactively seek and maintain alignments with relevant stakeholders to support program needs and targets
- Execute new product’s cost analyses & cost tracking on a regular basis
- Identify, communicate and manage Supply Chain related program risks and prevent them from materializing
- Identify and execute material cost reduction opportunities utilizing should costing, benchmarking, cost driver analysis, functional cost analysis, etc.
- Provide recommendations for new supplier selection & evaluation
- Support our new products’ fast transition from Pilot to High Volume Manufacturing
- Identify critical path parts & implement measures enabling production to deliver to need date
- Present the status of your deliverables as well as continuous improvement activities in management reviews on a regular basis

- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
- Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.
- Acts as customer technology manager in the planning, data collection, analysis and reporting
- Acts as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requests
- Drives introduction and evaluation of new technologies at customer sites including new tool qualifications
