In your career, let’s prove what’s possible.
- Design and deliver self‑healing automation that proactively detects common failure conditions, automatically remediates known issues, and prevents incident recurrence
- Architect and operate one‑click resolution workflows that standardize recovery actions and significantly reduce dependency on manual intervention
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps‑based automation for software packaging, deployment, and lifecycle management across corporate client endpoints
- Build and own CI/CD pipelines to ensure automation is versioned, tested, secure, and deployed reliably at scale
- Create and maintain robust scripts, tooling, and automation frameworks to eliminate manual operational effort and reduce MTTR
- Integrate automation and remediation logic with endpoint management, monitoring, and alerting platforms to enable event‑driven remediation
- Analyze incident trends and operational pain points to identify and prioritize high‑impact self‑healing use cases
- Partner with Client Services, Security, and other operations teams to align automation outcomes with reliability and risk objectives
- Continuously improve automation coverage, effectiveness, and resilience through metrics, operational feedback, and iterative enhancement
- Document automation solutions, remediation logic, and operational runbooks to support consistent adoption and long‑term maintainability

In your career, let’s prove what’s possible.
- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans

In your career, let’s prove what’s possible.
- Lead and manage the Remote Factory (RF) commodity, including a team of Supplier Business Managers, and Strategic Commodity Managers supporting high‑volume, high‑spend operations.
- Own end‑to‑end RF supplier performance for delivery, cost, quality, capacity, and risk, with a focus on tactical execution and operational continuity.
- Manage high transaction volumes including capacity planning, order execution, reschedules, expedites, and shortage resolution to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing output.
- Align manufacturing demand, MRP signals, and capacity plans between internal factories and Remote Factories to support ramps and volume fluctuations.
- Develop and execute RF commodity strategies, including supplier segmentation, capacity reservation models, and risk mitigation plans.
- Act as primary escalation point for RF‑related supply issues; lead root cause analysis and corrective actions when required until resolution.
- Collaborate closely with other commodity leads to ensure seamless supply where non‑RF commodities feed into Remote Factories.
- Drive supplier performance metrics (OTD, lead time, inventory, capacity adherence) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with Operations, Planning, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance to ensure alignment across the supply chain.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial frameworks, and service level agreements with RF suppliers.
- Support scaling and optimization of an already large Remote Factory network, including process standardization and planning maturity.
