- Den Projektlebenszyklus sowie portfoliorelevante Prozesse sicherzustellen (Rolling Wave- und Monatsplanung)
- Gemeinsam mit der Linie und der Architektur optimale Rahmenbedingungen für eine effiziente Projektabwicklung zu schaffen
- Die fachliche Koordination und Führung der IT-Projektmanager:innen zu übernehmen
- Als primäre Ansprechperson für Stakeholder zu agieren

- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for enhancements and new products.
- Implement new customer requirements and features in our existing application.
- Maintain and enhance existing code base by investigating and resolving problem areas.
- Demonstrate solutions through clear documentation, flowcharts, and well-structured code.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and develop software programs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring for more junior engineers.
- May visit customer site to provide support and have ability to travel (total is less than 10%).

- Lead Lean 6 Sigma projects to increase efficiency (labor time, cycle time, bottleneck analysis).
- Train and coach employees (Yello/Green Belt) and enable them to implement the needed improvement.
- Benchmarking and best practice sharing with other sites.
- Enhancing and maintaining improvement platforms and delivering project presentations.
- Support and advise supervisors and managers in the CIP process.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (Inudstrial Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering).
- Document and report improvement measures and project results.
