- Implementierung unserer internen Plattform- und Cloud-Infrastruktur als stabiles Fundament für Softwareentwicklung und Betrieb.
- Integration unseres zentralen CI/CD-System in unsere Toolchain (z. B. Git, Artefakt-Repositories, Container-Plattformen, Cloud-Infrastruktur).
- Verantwortung für Stabilität, Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Security der CI/CD-Plattform sowie der angebundenen Systeme.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur Nutzung der Plattform (Reduktion manueller sowie fehleranfälliger Prozesse).
- Identifizieren von Verbesserungspotenzial im Build-, Deployment- und Plattformbetrieb und nachhaltige Umsetzung.

- Den 3rd-Level-Support im Bereich Kassensysteme in unseren Outlets sicherzustellen
- Fehleranalysen und Störungsbehebungen via Ticketsystem und Fernwartung durchzuführen
- Im regelmäßigen Austausch mit Service Owner, 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support und Lieferanten laufende Optimierungen und Prozessverbesserungen voranzutreiben
- Dich in tiefergreifende Analysen sowie Eskalationen einzubringen und Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Troubleshooting, Ursachenanalysen sowie laufende Dokumentation sicherzustellen

- Businessprozesse im Großhandel und Retail zu analysieren und länderübergreifend mit den Fachbereichen zu vergleichen
- Fachliche Anforderungen in User Stories zu übersetzen und gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Entwicklungsteams weiterzuentwickeln
- Als Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT die fachlich sinnvolle und technisch umsetzbare Beschreibung von Anforderungen sicherzustellen
- Abläufe kritisch zu hinterfragen, Verbesserungspotenziale zu identifizieren und datengetriebene Lösungen vorzuschlagen
- Am Aufbau des konzernweiten Retail ERP-Systems mitzuwirken und dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv zu gestalten

- Testen der Software, sowie das selbständige, kreative Suchen nach Softwareabweichungen
- Implementierung von Funktions- und Usability-Tests
- Entwicklungsbegleitendes Testen von Softwaresystemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Team
- Konzeptionierung und Umsetzung von automatischen Tests
- Dokumentation der Testergebnisse und Testanalyse

- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans

- Develops, monitors and supports EHS functions to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Works collaboratively with stakeholders, teammates, and other support resources.
- Leads projects to address EHS AOP objectives.
- Owns EHS programs that are subject to significant change, re-development, or improvement.
- Capable of motivating stakeholders to meet commitments towards EHS objectives.
- Capable of project planning, prioritization and achievement to goals and schedule.
- Makes interpretations to EHS regulations and protocols in alignment with EHS leadership.
- Decides and aligns on methods for implementing EHS initiatives and the parameters of those initiatives.
- Accountable to the objectives owned by the function and applicable area.
- Manages environmental permits for air, wastewater, stormwater, etc. manages reporting, permit compliance, and regulatory inspections.
- Manage the chemical safety and hygiene plan, including all aspects related to chemical management, chemical exposure monitoring, exposure threshold limit determinations, and risk / assessment mitigation.
