- Als Agile Lead im crossfunktionalen Squad die Entwicklung zu steuern und das Team fachlich wie methodisch zu begleiten.
- Die End-to-End-Umsetzung eines dir zugewiesenen Projekts eigenständig zu führen – von der Anforderungserhebung über die Produktivsetzung bis hin zum anschließenden Support.
- Den 3-Level-Support fachlich zu unterstützen, indem du technische Hintergründe dokumentierst und auch selbst Lösungen für tieferliegende Probleme erarbeitest, falls der 1st und 2nd Level nicht weiterkommen.
