- Organization of work, alignment of resources and coordinate the project team as well as external collaborators
- Definition and controlling of project KPIs / objectives together with the project owners
- Reporting internally to Head of Research Unit and Head of Research Division and externally to customers and partners
- Risk management and -mitigation
- Management of multi-firm consortia (typically up to 10 partners) collaborating in research projects both nationally and internationally
- Keep the overview and manage technical interdependencies of several project responsibilities
- Project documentation and reporting including internal and external communication support documents
- Support of the project acquisition and thereby being constantly involved in the future research topics to come

- Ensure documentation aligns with SEMI, Lam standards, and industry best practices for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
