- Drive and execute go-to-market strategic initiatives for Power Switches and deploy corporate-level programs across the Business Line (e.g., PSS Up!, Digitalization, New Go To Market)
- Co-create comprehensive strategic frameworks in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and market trends
- Lead business management, analysis, and optimization efforts – providing actionable recommendations, guidance, and enablement for strategic initiatives
- Oversee critical planning processes, including Capacity Planning (VRFC, MinMax) and Financial Planning (FRFC, Outlook), ensuring informed and agile business decisions
- Analyze pricing dynamics and market signals, delivering insights and recommendations to maintain competitive advantage
- Orchestrate Product Lifecycle Management activities, covering demand management, capacity allocation, and business enablement strategies
- Promote cross-Product Line enablement initiatives by standardizing and continuously improving go-to-market tools and materials
- Champion customer success enablement, maintaining support platforms, facilitating training and ensuring customer-facing teams are equipped for success
- Consolidate and deploy multi-source business models and operational strategies, ensuring cohesive execution across business functions
- Communicate high-impact initiatives effectively, driving topics like complexity reduction and cost optimization
- Lead the strategic deployment and implementation of frameworks such as the MTC (Market-to-Customer) model
- Represent the Business Line at key customer events and engagements, in close alignment with Product Lines and Sales, contributing to pricing strategy discussions and commercial reviews
