Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl, Einschulung, kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Motivation deiner Mitarbeiter:innen, um ihre Leistung zu steigern und den Erfolg der Kampagnen sicherzustellen.
- Du konzipierst und führst Trainings durch und unterstützt dein Team im direkten Kontakt mit Passant:innen, um dessen Erfolg zu maximieren und neue Unterstützer:innen für Greenpeace zu gewinnen.
- Du planst und koordinierst die Einsätze deines Außendienst-Teams, um Qualität und Effizienz sicherzustellen und trägst so aktiv zur Erreichung der Kampagnenziele bei. Als Organisationstalent übernimmst du die lokale Administration in deinem Bereich.

- Manufacturing Quality: Ensure Products meet internal spec, Customer spec and Industrial requirements
- Supplier Quality: Ensure Equipment, Direct/Indirect material, Parts meet the specification

- Drive customer incidents problem solving and case reduction
- Ensure customer audits with satisfaction
- Ensure products meet industry and customer’s quality specifications
- Ensure operation manual with clear instruction
- Support and collaborate with engineering to further develop specifications according to our product requirements and industrial requirements.
- Reliability: Ensure products meet the internal/ industrial reliability requirements
- Failure Analysis: lead problem solving team to Perform Failure analysis and find out the failure root cause and apply counter measure to prevent similar problem happen again

- Drive the Ethics & Compliance program in EMEA coordinating effective implementation of compliance policies, procedures (including third party due diligence), training and communications, internal investigations, and other initiatives
- Be the lead counsel globally for data privacy and competition/antitrust, and support other compliance activities related to environmental/sustainability, government contracting, and other regulation such as AI and other emerging technology.
- Define and advise on compliance strategy with data privacy and antitrust/competition laws and regulations globally, including data protection officer duties and supporting continuous improvement of risk management programs together with other functions.
- Support for compliance with environmental/sustainability requirements in EMEA, including providing legal guidance on disclosure and reporting obligations, risk management, and regulatory activities.
- Support for government funding and contracting opportunities in EMEA, including providing legal guidance on grant funding, compliance with pre and post-award obligations, and compliance with applicable government contracting regulations.
- Support for other legal activities in EMEA as needed.
- Monitor legal trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify emerging risks and opportunities, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Be a trusted advisor and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other legal teams, sales, operations, product groups, and R&D, to drive alignment and support the achievement of business goals.
- Lead as a member of a high-performing legal team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development, while supporting and executing Legal department initiatives.
