Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Konzeption und Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen und Studienmodulen (teilweise in englischer Sprache) in den Bachelorprogrammen und Masterstudiengängen mit den inhaltlichen Schwerpunkten Digital Business Management, Digital Transformation Management bzw. Künstliche Intelligenz und die damit verbundene Beratung und Betreuung der Studierenden
- Mitwirkung bei der fächerübergreifenden innovativen Digitalisierung/Transformation von bestehenden und zukünftigen Lehrveranstaltungen/Studienmodulen
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der Studien- und Weiterbildungsangebote
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung & digitalen Transformation von organisatorischen Prozessen in der Hochschule
- Eigenverantwortliche Initiierung und Durchführung von Forschungsprojekten sowie Mitarbeit in laufenden Forschungsaktivitäten
- Durchführung von Transferprojekten mit der Wirtschaft im Rahmen des DigitalLab
- Organisatorische & administrative Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der akademischen Selbstverwaltung der Fakultät
- Vertretung der Hochschule als Fachexpert*in in regionalen und internationalen Partnerschaften und in Kooperationen mit der öffentlichen Verwaltung, der Wirtschaft und der wissenschaftlichen Community
- Vermittlung wissenschaftlich fundierter Kenntnisse mit hohem Praxisbezug
- Betreuung von Abschlussarbeiten (Bachelor- und Masterarbeiten)

- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
- Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.

- Oversees material readiness for HVM tool and is holding appropriate people accountable
- Executes annual operating plan requirements to support the factory interface team

- Develops timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
- Develops and monitors risk mitigation strategies, and coordinates root cause corrective actions and as well process improvements

- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans
