- As a Material Program Manager, you act as the interface between a cross-functional program team focusing on the introduction of new products and the Supply Chain Organization
- In this role, you are accountable for establishing a Supply Chain for Lam’s new products that meets performance, cost, quality, capacity, and on-time-delivery requirements
- By applying your great communication skills, you provide fact-based guidance to the cross-functional program team, supporting them to make the right decisions & the program to succeed
- Form & lead cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies
- Proactively seek and maintain alignments with relevant stakeholders to support program needs and targets

- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working

- Develop, improve, and standardize test methods and test fixtures for Lam products.
- Lead test fixture transitions to suppliers, including training, documentation, and on-site support when required.
- Own supplier test and facility readiness, including test reviews, sign-off activities, and risk assessment prior to Test fixture building and transitions.
- Coordinate test fixture duplication and rebuild efforts in close collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Test Technician teams.
- Provide remote and on-site support to suppliers during test-related line-down situations to ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Verify and set up duplicated test fixtures to ensure proper functionality and compliance with requirements.
- Maintain and update test documentation and test fixture Bills of Materials (BOMs) as required.
- Drive continuous yield, quality, and process improvements through test data analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective action implementation.
- Support the introduction of new products/components, design changes, or process updates by assessing test impact and readiness at supplier sites.
- Define and maintain supplier test best practices to ensure consistency across remote factories.
- Escalate unresolved or systemic issues to Leads, or Supervisors in a timely and structured manner.
- Perform system-level and component-level electrical and mechanical testing and troubleshooting.
- Utilize test and diagnostic equipment, including test programs, oscilloscopes, signal generators, and specialized test apparatus.
- Define and document test and diagnostic programs, including procedures to support testing of new components based on Non Standard Request or Change Orders.
- Design and develop cost-effective testing methods for systems and equipment throughout product development and manufacturing phases.
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Engineering team, suppliers, account teams, and Supplier Engineering Technology (SET) members to ensure seamless integration and smooth transitions.
