Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Manage a high-volume deal flow of real estate transactions for a corporate occupier
  • Establish and manage a global transactions network within the existing Corporate Real Estate organization
  • Manage a network of global, regional and local brokers and real estateadvisers to support site search and sourcing activities
  • Effectively communicate expectations, requirements and status of dealsto key business partners – both internal and external
  • Own the preparation and presentation of business cases to internalstakeholders
  • Follow trends in the real estate market and acquire RE researchinformation in relevant markets
  • Manage an ever-changing variety of internal initiatives and projects
  • Closely collaborate with internal and external stakeholders like R&D, sales, construction, legal, finance, treasury to deliver highly successful projects
  • International travel up to 20%

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

 

 

  • Master's Degree in real estate, economics  or equivalent
  • Experience in commercial real estate transactions and related components such as site selection, construction pricing, development, permitting, due diligence and leasing
  • Experience negotiating sale and purchase agreements and commercial leases including built to lease transactions
  • Experience in project management
  • Market know-how and good networking in the real estate industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects for multiple stakeholders at the same time
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines an critical date obligations
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen, Outstanding negotiation skills
  • Excellent and inherent competency with time management and organization
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and with proper professionalism
  • Excellent ability to build trust among colleagues and service partners
  • Demonstrated ability to establish processes, workflows, standard procedures
  • Excellent English language proficiency
