- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and align deliverables with business objectives
- Source local as well as international candidates
- Prescreen incoming applications
- Complete phone screens
- Organize interviews (virtual and/or on-site)
- Guide both the managers and the candidates through an efficient recruiting process that keeps the candidates and the manager engaged and satisfied
- Track all candidates through the candidate tracking system
- Use sourcing strategies to create a pipeline of candidates for recruited positions
- Provide frequent updates on status of different recruiting initiatives to Human Resources and Managers
- Support onboarding and assimilation of new hires
- Support employer branding activities and participate in job fairs at schools/universities
