- Analyze and understand relevant applications (like OBC, DCDC converters) in detail by modelling, simulation and measurements on application level to derive valuable features for best fit Magnetic Current Sensors
- Promote, explain and defend our Magnetic Sensor products to the most important Tier 1s and OEMs in Automotive Industry during Design-In activities
- Write technical documents like Data Sheets, Requirements, Manuals, Application Notes and Publications
- Perform analysis and benchmarking of competitors´ Magnetic Current Sensors as well as their support material
- Extend and develop technical training material and perform trainings for worldwide FAE colleagues and key customers to support new product launches and go to market activities
- Be the go-to person for Field Application Engineers during the world-wide Design-In of our Sensor
- Responsible for selected Application Roadmaps and Product Roadmaps

- Be responsible for the Power Supply Concept and Sensing Architecture for Automotive Battery Management Systems
- Breakdown stakeholder requirements and application assumptions into block-based requirements for architectural High Voltage and Sensing components
- Be responsible for High Voltage and Sensing IP handling of all platforms within Automotive Microcontroller
- Drive together with the platform lead architects a strategy which enables a family concept by modular & scalable approach
- Proactively be driving innovation (according to strategy) anticipating industry and market trends
- Modeling capability allows to transfer theoretical concept in a reference for further development
- Cooperate with technical marketing team, platform lead architects, system architects, SW development, design teams and other business lines within Infineon
- Be the interface between our application engineering as well as development teams and drive active knowledge transfer
- Own and create technical documentation in order to provide the requested functional descriptions and documents to guarantee the ISO26262 compliance – Impart implementation knowhow to others
