- Sie montieren und schließen Verteiler, Schaltschränke und Steuerungssysteme der Kälteanlagen und kältetechnischen Einrichtungen an und führen Qualitätskontrollen sowie die Verlegung von Kabelleitungen durch
- Sie erstellen Montagefortschrittsberichte und halten diese fortlaufend auf Stand
- Sie nehmen elektrische Anlagen, einschließlich Schutz- und Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, in Betrieb
- Sie werden von einem qualfizierten Kälteanlagen- und Elektrotechniker:in auf unsere Kälteanlagen und -technik eingeschult und unterwiesen
- Sie sind für die fachliche und kompetente Kommunikation mit dem:r Kund:in zuständig

- Troubleshoot equipment problems and conduct diagnostic procedures to isolate problems and take steps to minimize downtime or system interruptions and eliminate equipment malfunctions. Determine corrective actions as required.
- Installations and/or relocations of equipment at customers’ sites.
- Remain up to date on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals and other relevant materials.
- Assist in complex field modifications and updates as released in Engineering Change Notifications.
- Maintain records and reports as required to properly coordinate activities with supervisors and customers.
- Assist in the planning, management, and execution of projects of a limited scope and duration
- Providing high-quality on-site support for repair and maintenance service of complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Assists with the full installation and relocation processes, including system start-up services

- Endmontage & Test (Teile/Module/Komponenten/Plattformen)
- Elektrische Montage und Tests von LAM-Spin-Clean-Plattformen – Grundlage ist die Konfiguration und die Dokumentation (z.B. Produktionsplan, mechanische Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne, internes Prüfprotokoll etc.)
- Elektrische Montage und Prüfung von Neukundenwünschen (NSR's)
- Strukturierte Diagnostik und Problemlösung
- Durchführung der definierten Prüfschritte (Zwischenprüfungen) gemäß internem Prüfprotokoll
- Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Übergabe von Entwicklungsprojekten an die Produktion
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Arbeitsabläufe und Dokumentationen
- Aktiver Wissensaustausch (z.B. interne Schulungen, Lieferantenschulungen)
- Prüfung der Dokumentation, des Materials und Berichterstattung von Abweichungen (z.B. Problembericht)
- Kontinuierliche Qualitätsverbesserung durch aktive Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit den internen Kunden und Lieferanten
- Aktive Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung des Produkts, des Geschäftsprozesses und der Systeme (z.B. Dokumentation, internes Prüfprotokoll etc.)
