- Verwaltung von Anlagevermögen (Buchung von Abschreibungen, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Accounting-Policy bei Investitionen sowie Verarbeitung von Verkäufen und Stilllegungen).
- Erstellung und Analyse von Finanzberichten, wie Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

- Verarbeitung von Journalbuchungen in Bezug auf Löhne, Gehälter, Sozialabgaben und Renten
- Vorbereitung von Steuererklärungen (z.B. Umsatzsteuern, Lohnsteuern, Intrastat, Steuerkonten)
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen gemeinsam mit externen Prüfern
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung der Buchhaltung in ERP- und PMS-Systemen
- Proaktive, sowohl angeforderte als auch freiwillige Beratung des Managements in Bezug auf finanzbuchhalterische Prozesse und die Einhaltung von Richtlinien
- Wahrnehmung der Governance-Funktion für die Finanzbuchhaltung
- Erstellung eines Dienstleistungskatalogs und von Service-Level-Vereinbarungen mit Stakeholdern
- Funktion als Ansprechperson für Parkbuchhaltungsthemen intern und extern, sowie bei monatlichen und jährlichen Abschlüssen
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung und Einhaltung von Richtlinien für die Parkbuchhaltung
- Regelmäßige Parkbesuche in Hermagor, Schiefling und Ostriach

Ihre Aufgaben

- Als Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bist du verantwortlich für alle HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee-Life-Cycle.
- Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte beim Onboarding und stellst sicher, dass die Unternehmensphilosophie gelebt und vermittelt wird.
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei Entlohnungsthemen und bildest die Schnittstelle zum Payroll-Team.
- Du gestaltest, optimierst und entwickelst HR-Prozesse/-Tools mit dem Ziel weiter, die Abteilungen zu stärken und das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern.
- Ein professioneller Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen gehört ebenso zu deinem Alltag wie die Analyse, Interpretation und Aufbereitung von HR-Kennzahlen.

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Pflege der Außenanlagen und Grünflächen (keine Schneeräumung oder Baumschnitt)
- Allround-Aufgaben als Hausmeister (inkl. kleinerer Reparaturen, Koordination externer Dienstleister etc.)
- Betreuung und einfache Wartung technischer Einrichtungen (z. B. PV-Anlage, E-Ladestationen) und Überwachen der Lift-, Klima- und Brandschutzanlage gemäß Wartungsvertrag
- Begleitung und Beaufsichtigung externer Baumaßnahmen und Handwerkerleistungen
- Fuhrparkbetreuung (Firmenfahrzeuge und Fahrräder): Werkstattorganisation, Reifenwechsel, Flüssigkeitskontrolle, Reinigung etc.
- Chauffeurtätigkeiten für die Geschäftsführung (inkl. Flughafentransfers, Termine etc.)
- Unterstützung im Notfallmanagement (z. B. bei Feuerwehreinsätzen)
- Repräsentationsfähige Vertretung an der Rezeption bei Abwesenheit
- Botendienste
- Funktion als Brandschutz- sowie Liftwart und Sicherheitsvertrauensperson (SVP)
- Nachfüllen und Pflege von Kopierern, Bestellungen von Büromaterial und Verbrauchsartikeln
