- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Programmen, sowie die Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme
- Betreuung- und Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Servicecenter
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Unterstützung und Vertretung von Mitarbeitern in den Servicecentern vor Ort im genannten Bereich

- Definition und Optimierung sämtlicher Prozesse/Abläufe der Möbelix Servicecenter
- Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen und Programmen, sowie die Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Systeme
- Betreuung- und Schulung der Mitarbeiter:innen im Servicecenter, gemeinsam mit dem Team der Logistik ORGA
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs und Erkennung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Erstellen von Berichten und Auswertungen
- Unterstützung und Vertretung von Mitarbeitern in den Servicecentern vor Ort
