What you’ll be doing:

Partner with senior leaders on strategic people topics such as talent and succession, engagement, organisational development, capability building, performance and reward. -
Build leadership maturity through coaching, feedback and targeted interventions, role modelling as a trusted adviser. -
Work closely with local HR in markets and plants to ensure global consistency with local compliance on contractual, legal, payroll and employee relations matters. -
Lead and govern the global people & change strategy, project portfolio and roadmap in partnership with project owners - setting priorities and governance, aligning scope and success measures, sequencing delivery and tracking benefits realisation. -
Translate the HR roadmap into clear, compelling communications and enablement so initiatives are understood, adopted and sustained across the business. -
Lead selected strategic people & change projects from discovery and design through to implementation and change adoption. -
Represent the people & change function in cross functional programmes, bringing the people lens to solution design, change impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications and training. -
Collaborate closely with Centres of Expertise and local HR teams to deliver coherent, scalable solutions and a consistent global employee experience.

- Owns quality management/tracking within Engineering and is the quality case owner (QCO)
- Actively monitors and analyses Engineering quality and resolves quality issues via systematic root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Establishes measures to improve the Engineering output (drawings, BOMs, …) quality
- Identifies systematic gaps/potentials on products, quality improvement capabilities and the quality management system itself
- Tracks all Engineering relevant KPIs (development milestones, feasibility analysis, technical modifications, problem reports, …)
- Moderates and documents all Engineering relevant 8D reports
- Drives Engineering quality related RCCAs
- Tracks relevant NCIs and NCEs within Engineering
- Collaborates in cross-functional quality reviews, dispositioning and RCCA reviews and takes part in development and implementation of quality standards, methods and procedures
- Contributes to Engineering standards definition
- Assures compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards (i.e. ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Makes recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality requirements and to meet or exceed our quality objectives

- Leads cross-functional teams through all aspects of Lam’s Product Development and Release process
- Drives the team with an overarching focus on managing risk.
- Establishes the team, determines program specific roles & responsibilities, and leads the team to define, commit to, and meet the program vision.
- Shows overall ownership and accountability for the program results, and ensures a sense of team urgency, cross-functional risk identification and mitigation.
- Reports program progress and risk mitigation plans in PDR risk management reviews, Spin Tech Reviews and regular program reviews.
- Manages technical projects
- Plans and monitors tasks and milestones related to meeting the program performance, costs, and schedule targets and takes corrective action where necessary.
- Effectively runs cross-functional team meetings.
- Assesses program risks, escalates gaps and unattended risks until resolved.
- Coordinates activities across company organizations utilizing expertise, business processes and logistics.

- Manage order execution
