Your future responsibilities
- Lead and develop the MMT Research Unit: Manage and grow the MMT unit (10-15 researchers) within the Microsystem division.
- Personnel leadership: Oversee personnel management, provide supervision and mentorship fostering a collaborative, productive, and inspiring environment.
- Strategic representation and networking: Represent the unit internally and build external partnerships with academia and industry to enhance visibility and impact.
- Project acquisition and corporate responsibility: Drive project acquisition with international partners, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and financial sustainability.
- Research program and portfolio development: Shape the unit’s research strategy and create a balanced project portfolio in coordination with the Head of Research Division Microsytem Technologies.

- You will be responsible for the design of new products and lifecycle management of existing electronic circuits.
- You will be responsible for component selection, design, development, testing and evaluation of control circuits for our machines.
- You will work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team: electrical, mechanical, software, technical support, productivity engineers, and suppliers, on the design, modification, of custom and OEM components.
- You will need to prepare and analyze test plans and procedures to assure that technical and operational requirements are met and properly demonstrated.
- You will be responsible for the collection and analysis of relevant material and data in preparation of your presentation at design, project, and program reviews.

- Accountable for development, verification and documentation of fluid delivery systems to meet the systems specifications
- Provides concepts and technical designs for chemical fluid systems based on modeling & calculation data
- Accountable that system meets all engineering requirements regarding Compliance and Safety Standards
- Clarification of fluid delivery requirements
- Owns execution of BOM and documentation release plan
- Technical response to meet all interface requirements with other modules and environment
- Prepare all required deliverables based on product development plan (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Close relationship to our suppliers an internal departments to ensure that we receive high quality-, well tested and cost saving solutions for our technical needs
- Performs engineering data analysis of mechanical and electrical aspects of the system by using of appropriate methods and tools (e.g. MATLAB, LabVIEW …)
