Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich:
- Als Ansprechpartner für Führungskräfte und Mitarbeitende bist du verantwortlich für alle HR-Prozesse entlang des Employee-Life-Cycle.
- Du unterstützt die Führungskräfte beim Onboarding und stellst sicher, dass die Unternehmensphilosophie gelebt und vermittelt wird.
- Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei Entlohnungsthemen und bildest die Schnittstelle zum Payroll-Team.
- Du gestaltest, optimierst und entwickelst HR-Prozesse/-Tools mit dem Ziel weiter, die Abteilungen zu stärken und das Engagement der Mitarbeitenden zu fördern.
- Ein professioneller Umgang mit arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen gehört ebenso zu deinem Alltag wie die Analyse, Interpretation und Aufbereitung von HR-Kennzahlen.

Basic Information:

Develop software enabling the customization of dynamic hand orthoses, integrated with a parametric design model. -
Build and iterate functional prototypes to test and refine the customization workflow. -
Design and implement a user-friendly web application, including tailored front-end interfaces for medical pro-fessionals and other user roles. -
Develop a server-based back-end architecture that enables communication between apps via APIs. -
Create a plug-in for the 3D printer’s firmware to support orthosis printing code sending. -
Collaborate with medical professionals to validate the software at various development stages. -
Test the software for bugs and vulnerabilities to ensure a stable and secure user experience. -
Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for the developed software.

Your Tasks
- Develop and implement the e-Campus in partnership with IT specialists from the other partner universities of the ACE2EU alliance
- Work closely in partnership with the local e-Campus coordinator and IT specialists from partner universities.
- Participate in end-user workshops and other meetings to learn about and consider specific needs from CUAS end-users in e-Campus software solutions
- Define user and system requirements and interoperable middleware specifications
- Implement the diverse modules of the e-Campus by integrating new features and connection of existing ones with those of partner universities

- Carry out and ensure high-quality CAD design and FEM simulations

- Assist in translating research outcomes into teaching
- Co-supervision of bachelor theses related to ongoing research projects
- Support proposal preparation for public research funding and cooperation with industry partners
- Actively represent the research group in scientific networks and at conferences

- Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, development and evaluation in semiconductor environment
- Reviews processing techniques and methods applied in the manufacture, fabrication and evaluation of products including in-house lab demonstrations
- Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches
- Works with customer and senior engineers cross functionally to understand roadmaps, process flow, inflection points, requirements and business issues/ challenges.
- May act as single point of contact accountable for process related customer requests

- Is the lead engineer of a development program (product), making sure that mechanical and electrical hardware and the tool software work together to meet the system specification
- Owns developing the system specification based on the product specification and configuration options
- Is accountable for resolving design tradeoffs/conflicts to ensure the design is integrated, such that the overall product performs as described in the system specification
- Assures that the system meets engineering- and compliance standards, especially in the concept and detailed design phases
- Owns BOM (bill of material) setup and execution of the documentation release plan
- Prepares all required program/product related Engineering deliverables (e.g. FMEA, technical specifications, risk analyses)
- Technical responsible that all interfaces for the entire product are well defined and working
- Participates in the cost allocation model and assures that designs meet the cost targets
- Owns developing the reliability allocation model, the reliability design approach and test plans

- Work with our instructional designers and semiconductor equipment subject-matter experts to develop accurate and scalable mixed reality training scenarios
- Work with industry-standard software toolsets to develop scalable, VR-ready 3D CAD models based on our internal CAD equipment models
- Develop a successful and obtainable workflow from the CAD environment to the final VR-based project
- Assist with annual updates to existing VR modules to ensure accuracy
- Establish and maintain a library of VR-ready models and re-usable VR-specific code and scenes
- Establish recommended mixed reality toolsets and best-known methods for future-proofing our development efforts
- Troubleshoot VR hardware/software end-user issues both remotely and in the classroom
- Provide guidance and training to other internal VR developers
